RETURN POLICY:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise (excluding jewelry, accessories, and final sale items) can be returned for an exchange or for store credit within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date.

RETURN DETAILS:

• REQUESTING A RETURN:
• In order to request a return or exchange, please send an email to boombabies@boombabies.biz with your order number to begin the process. Please note that returns will need to be made to the following address: 489 Westcott St., Syracuse, NY 13210. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• RETURN CRITERIA:
• Clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags must be attached.
• RETURN TIMEFRAME:
• Returns must be shipped back to Boom Babies within 14 days of your item(s) delivery date. Please ensure your package will arrive on time. If we do not receive your return within 14 days of delivery, it will not be accepted for an exchange or store credit.
• FREE IN-STORE EXCHANGE 
• You are always welcome to exchange for free in in person at Boom Babies. Please bring the e-receipt attached to your shipping confirmation email along with the item(s) you wish to return/exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value.
• FINAL SALE ITEMS:
• All jewelry, accessories, sale, and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is permitted.
